Joint Impact Initiative

The Joint Impact Initiative reflects AFN Foundation’s belief that collaboration leads to deeper, wider, and more sustainable results. This initiative brings together foundations, NGOs, and development partners with shared goals to co-create solutions that address the root causes of poverty and underdevelopment in Northern Nigeria.

About the project

Objectives:
  • Strengthen synergy among mission-aligned organizations.

  • Maximize reach, reduce redundancy, and enhance impact through shared resources.

  • Establish a strong coalition of partners working toward education, health, and empowerment.

Approach:

AFN initiates partnerships through strategic alignment sessions, shared planning, and co-funding opportunities. Joint projects may include combined medical outreaches, shared learning centers, community water projects, or co-sponsored educational programs. Each partner retains identity while contributing to collective goals.

Expected Impact:
  • Amplified reach and improved program effectiveness.

  • A strong network of allies addressing systemic challenges collaboratively.

  • Optimized use of funding, expertise, and infrastructure for greater good.
